Motor Vehicles Acquired Through Public Bidding Conducted By Government Office/Entity  [Top]
Documents Required
1. Notice of Award together with General Form 17A (Inventory and Inspection Report)
2. Certificate of Sale or Deed of Sales duly noted by the Commission on Audit (COA) Representative
3. Official Receipt (OR) of payment of the auctioned property
4. Original copy of the Certificate of Registration (CR) and latest original Official Receipt (OR) of payment of registration fees. In the absence of the original CR and OR, a certification from the Head of the Office that conducted the public bidding stating that there was no original copy of CR and OR at the time of the bidding
5. Clearance from Philippine National Police-Traffic Management Group (PNP-TMG)
6. Appropriate Insurance Certificate of Cover
7. Actual inspection of MV with duly accomplished Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR) [Download this form here]

1. Decision on the seizure proceedings
2. Notice of Award

4. Certificate of Payment issued by the Bureau of Customs (BOC) with Official Receipt (OR)
5. BOC Official Receipt (OR) evidencing payment of the acquisition cost
6. Clearance from Philippine National Police-Traffic Management Group (PNP-TMG)
7. Appropriate Insurance Certificate of Cover
8. Actual inspection of MV with duly accomplished Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR) [Download this form here]
9. Confirmation of tax payment
10. Taxpayer's Identification Number (TIN)
Motor Vehicles Obtained At Public Auction By A Notary Public By   Virtue Of A Mechanic's Lien  [Top]
Documents Required
1. Demand Letter of the Mechanic addressed to the Car Owner who failed to pay the labor and materials in the repair of the motor vehicle as provided in the Contract or Job Order
2. Copy of the Contract or Job Order entered into by the Mechanic and the Car Owner
3. Proof of Notice of the sale at public auction in at least two (2) public places
4. Written notice to the Car Owner of the sale at public auction sent either personally or by registered mail
5. Original Copy of the Certificate of Sale
6. Original Copy of the Notary Public's Return
7. Affidavit of the Notary Public who conducted the public bidding as proof of compliance to the above requirements
8. Original Certificate of Registration (CR) and latest original Official Receipt (OR) of payment
9. Clearance from Philippine National Police -Traffic Management Group (PNP-TMG)
10. Appropriate Insurance Certificate of Cover
