Section 13.2 (b.3). Other Eligibility Requirements (BDS)

8.     The prospective bidder should have completed at least three (3) similar  contracts and the aggregate contract amounts should be equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC of the project to be bid or the largest of these similar contracts must be equivalent at least 25% of the ABC of the project to be bid.

Section 14.1 (j) Other Technical Documents (BDS)

11. Certification of Exclusive Distributorship (Lead Company or Joint venture)
12. Certification from foreign and local principals that they could deliver fully in compliance with the required delivery schedule.
13. A sworn statement attesting compliance to the responsibilities of a prospective or eligible bidder as provided in Section 17.7 of the IRR-A of R.A. 9184.
Section 4.1 of the General Requirements of the Terms of Reference (TOR)

The proposed upgraded inspection system shall be fully computerized and shall be ready for interconnection with LTO-IT system. All MVIS centers shall be interconnected and shall have a central database.

Section 8.16 System Recovery
The Contractor must implement the operation system recovery plan within one calendar day by using 50 KVA Generator Set.
Section 8.18 of the Terms of Reference (TOR)

The contractor shall shoulder the cost to be incurred in the visitation/familiarization of similar MVIS center abroad by maximum of twenty (20) LTO personnel from the LTO-MVIS Committee and MVIS Center.
 
Section 8.20 of the Terms of Reference (TOR)

The contractor shall be responsible for the supply and delivery of MVIR forms in all MVIS centers for ninety (90) days of operation. The LTO Technical Committee shall design the MVIR form.
