1. Certification from the owner that it
must be in this line of business
(similar with the contract to be bid)
for a minimum of three (3) years in the
Philippines.
5. Performance Certificate from existing
clients or previous clients similar to
the contract to be bid (at least 3).

process of all testing equipment. Brand
of all testing equipment and accessories
shall be included.
Section 8.3 of the Terms of Reference
Trainings, seminars and workshops shall
be continuously provided by the
technical support group of the
supplier/manufacturer of testing
equipment with the supervision and
assistance of the LTO-MVIS Technical
Committee to ensure that the inspector
will be able to adopt and learn the new
inspection system and equipment of MVIS
within the required delivery period as
provided for by Section VI: Schedule of
Requirements by the Bidding Documents.
