E. All excess reflective sheetings
bonded to aluminum shall be
trimmed
by the winning bidder to
prevent accumulation of dirt
and foreign matters
on the edges.

with security
images/watermarks intended
for license plates unbonded
to aluminum of any size.

adhesive with security
images/watermarks intended
for license plates
bonded to aluminum which
shall be subjected to
embossing test by the
LTO PMP. Size 140mm x 390mm
