Invitation to Bid - LTO unserviceable
properties
The Land Transportation Office (LTO)
invites all interested bidders for the
disposal of LTO unserviceable properties
(motor vehicles, office equipment) and
waste/scrap materials on an AS IS WHERE
IS BASIS.
Bid form and other requirements may
be secured from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from
the Chairman, Disposal Committee at the
address below upon submission of a
letter of intent not later than August
24, 2007.
Submission of bids shall be on August
28, 2007 at 2:00 PM. Bid shall be opened
immediately thereafter at the General
Services Section, Ground Floor, East
Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.
Letter of intent and bid tender should
be properly addressed as specified
below:

Diliman, Quezon City
All bid tenders must be accompanied
by a bid bond in the form of cash,
equivalent to not lower than Ten (10%)
percent of the total bid offer.
The LTO reserves the right to reject
any or all bid, to waive any required
formality in the bids received or to
accept such offer that the LTO may
consider the most advantageous to the
Government.
