WHEREAS, the Land
Transportation Office Region
1 posted the Invitation
to Apply for Eligibility and
to Bid on the Rehabilitation
and Improvement of LTO
Dagupan District Office,
Pangasinan at the LTO
Website and the Phil-GEPS of
the Department of Budget and
Management, PROCUREMENT
SERVICE; |

WHEREAS, the Pre-Bid
Conference, as posted,
reflected that the procedure
be done on April 29, 2008 at
10:00 o’clock in the morning
and the Opening of Bid, as
posted, will be on May 13,
2008 at 10:00 o’clock in the
morning, respectively;
WHEREAS, the Bids and
Awards Committee (BAC) was
notified by the Technical
Working Group (TWG) on the
need to further revise the
technical aspects of the
civil work project, and
therefore to postpone the
set dates of the Pre-Bid
Conference and the Opening
of Bids; |

WHEREAS, the Bids and
Awards Committee (BAC), upon
careful examination,
evaluation and
consideration, concurred for
the postponement of the
Pre-Bid and the Opening of
Bids; |
|
NOW, THEREFORE, We,
the Members of the Bids and
Awards Committee, hereby
RESOLVE as it is hereby

To postpone the Pre-Bid
Conference of the
Rehabilitation and
Improvement of the LTO
Dagupan District Office,
Pangasinan from April 29,
2008 at 10:00 o’clock A.M.
to May 13, 2008 (Tuesday) at
10:00 o’clock A.M.; and
the Opening of Bids from
May 13, 2008 at 10:00
o’clock A.M. to May
27, 2008 (Tuesday) at 10:00
