  • Oplan Ligtas Biyahe: Undas 2013

    Pursuant to the Memorandum of DOTC Undersecretary Eduardo SI Oban, Jr. dated 10 October 2013 regarding “Oplan Ligtas Biyahe: Undas 2013,” LTO Law Enforcement Service (LES) Dir. Mohammad Yusoph Lamping assigned sufficient FED law enforcers and IID/NMVIC inspectors along the Northbound and Southbound of EDSA to provide immediate and appropriate response and assistance to motorists and commuters passing through their areas of responsibilities.

  • Oplan "Hubaran" On Advertisements Posted on Public Utility Buses (PUBs)

    To continously intensify operations against the advertisements posted on Public Utility Buses as well as motor vehicles violating traffic rules and regulations at EDSA and in all other Metro Manila areas.  A joint operation has been conducted by the law enforcers of the Land Transportation Office and Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board headed by Law Enforcement Service Director MOHAMMAD YUSOPH "YULL" LAMPING, LTFRB Chairman WINSTON GENEZ and LTFRB Executive Director Atty. ED CABRERA.  The services of the Media Groups (GMA-7, TV-5, PTV-4, NET-25 and Solar News) were also utilized in collaboration with the field enforcement of this office.

  • Oplan "Baklas" on Expired Commemorative Plates

    Pursuant to the Memorandum of the Honorable LTO Assistant Secretary VIRGINIA P. TORRES regarding motorists using expired Commemorative Plates dated 31 July 2013, a Special Operation in coordination with DOTC has been conducted from August 2013 up to October 2013 by LTO Field Law Enforcers headed by Law Enforcement Service Director MOHAMMAD YUSOPH "YULL" LAMPING resulting in the apprehension of more than hundreds of motor vehicles which was properly issued a corresponding Temporary Operator's Permit (TOP) as well as the confiscation of the driver's licenses and plates.
